By Louis Conte The Kennedy Beacon
November 26, 2024
For years, clean water advocates led by the Fluoride Action Network (FAN) have been compiling damning science against the practice of fluoridating water. Their activism on this issue has caused them to be criticized and marginalized by legacy media as conspiracy theorists.
But now removing fluoride from water is gaining traction. On November 22, Florida Surgeon General, Joseph Ladapo, held a press conference on the issue. He released a set of recommendations, and cited the âneuropsychiatric risk associated with fluoride exposure, particularly in pregnant women and children.â
Ladapoâs statement echoed a Robert F. Kennedy Jr. social media post on November 2. The president-elect nominee for Secretary of Health and Human Services, Kennedy stated on X: âOn January 20, the Trump White House will advise all U.Sâ. water systems to remove fluoride from public water. Fluoride is an industrial waste associated with arthritis, bone fractures, bone cancer, IQ loss, neurodevelopmental disorders, and thyroid disease.â

Excerpt from this story from Nation of Change:
A ruling by the United States District Court of the Northern District of California ends a ongoing 7-year lawsuit against the Environmental Protection Agencyâs use of water fluoridation chemicals throughout the U.S. Senior Judge Edward Chen ruled fluoridation posed an âunreasonable riskâ to the health of children such as a reduced IQ.
The EPA will be required to take regulatory action to restrict or eliminate the risk by law.
âThe Court finds that fluoridation of water at 0.7 milligrams per liter (âmg/Lâ)âthe level presently considered âoptimalâ in the United Statesâposes an unreasonable risk of reduced IQ in childrenâŚthe Court finds there is an unreasonable risk of such injury, a risk sufficient to require the EPA to engage with a regulatory response,â
The lawsuit, which was âbrought under the Toxic Substances Control Act of 1976 (TSCA) [that] allows citizens to petition the EPA to evaluate whether a chemical presents an unreasonable risk to public health and should be regulated,â was filed by Fluoride Action Network (FAN) in federal court in 2017 after the EPA denied the Petition filed by the citizens under Section 21 of TSCA in November 2016.
FAN was joined by groups such as, Food and Water Watch, Moms Against Fluoridation, the American Academy of Environmental Medicine, and the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology, along with several individuals representing themselves and/or their children, according to a press release.
Therefore, the verdict is being called a huge loss for the EPA and promoters of fluoridation such as, the American Dental Association and the U.S. Centers For Disease Control, who claimed fluoride was safe for over 75 years and a âhistoric victoryâ for FAN and the individuals involved.

After years of fighting, Fluoride Action Network just got a U.S. federal court to rule water fluoridation is an "unreasonable risk" to our children's developing brains, so it looks like the EPA will finally be forced to regulate it!
"The court finds there is an unreasonable risk of such injury, a risk sufficient to require the EPA to engage with a regulatory response⌠One thing the EPA cannot do, however, in the face of this Court's finding, is to ignore that risk."

If any of these toons get into Death Battle, I'm going to fight to include this stuff.
What is the big game? From 1998 to 2001, to capitalize on the Super Bowl, Cartoon Network had a yearly marathon of Rival Cartoons which ended on a big clip show pitting said characters against each other. Complete with actual commentary from real life Football commentators John Madden & Pat Summerall. They had four of these and they tend to have fake commercials parodying famous ones and even a halftime show. So what were these yearly matches?
1998 - Tom Vs Jerry
Tom and Jerry, the biggest rivalry between a cat and a mouse. Sadly, since it was the first one this one was much different. While it did have the commentary, it did not have a lot of the stuff the later ones had. For starters, instead of points they used pictures. And instead of having multiple cartoons spliced together for each quarter, it was just the one cartoon. Still, Jerry won because he scored more pictures that were of more value than Tom.
1999 - Sylvester Vs Tweety
Sylvester Vs Tweety was where the Marathon really took hold. It begins with a Pre-Show with actual commentators Jerry Glanville, Nick Buoniconti and Len Dawson. When they had pre-tapped specials it was narrated by Harry Kalas, a lead play-by-play announcer from Baseball. My favorite of these commentators was Jerry since he usually sides with the heels.Â
Even before the clip show, we get fake commercials, live action tailgate parties with people rooting for their specific toon, promos building up the characters, and the clip show consists of multiple cartoons (this time two). And during the halftime, we get back to the commentators and even a halftime show. Shame itâs just a projection of I like to Singa. I should also note that there is a commercial about Cowâs Agent. This will be brought up later.
Tweety won the game 57-3. So Sylvester scored the equivalent of one Field Goal. Tweety basically scored 9 Touchdowns and a Field Goal.
2000 - Roadrunner Vs Coyote
This one is the same as above in terms of quality. Some of the differences are few, like joining the Pre-Show Commentary team is Cris Collinsworth. We also got cameos from other sports stars, biographies of the two characters, Scott Hamilton and Bubba Smith providing sideline reports. Jack Hanna brings zoology into the mix. And the Halftime Show was super elaborate. It had Carol Channing, Clyde the Orangutan, Evel frikkin Knievel, Shields and Yarnell, and Tom Jones who has appeared in both Duck Dodgers and My Gym Partner's a Monkey!
And nobody at home got to see it because the camera was focused on the backstage interactions between Moltar and Fred Jones. The Clip show used four cartoons for the quarters and the final score was Roadrunner winning with 59 to -12. Thatâs right, NEGATIVE 12. There is no Football Equivalent for that to happen! Also before the show, there was a Documentary of the Big Game.Â
It tells the origins of how it went, being founded by Foghorn Leghorn. Thatâs right, he was a businessman before the Looney Tunes Show. The First Big Game in universe was Yogi Vs Ranger Smith. It was 34 to 0 in Ranger Smithâs favor. Other games featured Droopy Dog Vs Wolf, Trollkins Vs Inch High Private Eye, Mr. Sanitary Vs Socky, Fluoride Vs Plaque and Iâm not making any of these up. Those last two were because there were scandals for a good amount of years...
2001 - Bugs Vs Daffy
The best of them all in my opinion, so a great one to end out on. Dan Marino joins the Pre-Game Commentary team as it honestly feels like this game was all favored heavily on Bugs. The Special Animations has Bugs getting lightning and Daffyâs helmet spins that helmet guard thing. Bugsâ Tailgate party had celebrities and was so hard to get into not even the interviewer can get in.
And the Halftime Show featured a live Performance by Cow singing âOops, I spilled the Milkâ. I told you that was going to come back. This Big Gameâs clip show used six different shorts so each quarter is more than just one part of a cartoon. And unlike the previous ones this one was close to the wire. The Final Score: 37-31... In Favor of Daffy Duck!
THATâS RIGHT!!! DAFFY DUCK BEATS BUGS BUNNY!!! The Duck defeated the Rabbit! It was later revealed after the end credits that Bugs threw the game, so this could have been the start of Bugs feeling bad for Daffy that we see in the Looney Tunes Movie âBack in Action.â
Itâs a shame Cartoon Network doesnât do these marathons anymore. I can blame Adult Swim, but I donât know how you could top Bugs Vs Daffy. Personally, I would love to see them do this again. Maybe with custom animation of different cartoons actually facing each other. But that is probably asking for too much. And it wouldnât be the same without Maddenâs Commentary.
If you want to see these, they are available on Youtube.

A promising method for getting the US government to redpill itself. It doesn't work all the time though.
Steve Kirsch
Nov 04, 2024
Executive summary
Fluoride in drinking water is one of the biggest healthcare mistakes ever. Details.
Only 25 countries do this; weâre one of them.
Hereâs the inside story about how the US government almost red-pilled itself on fluoride.
For more about fluoride see Fluoride Action Network which has an impressive list of accomplishments including helping over 600 local communities reverse their water fluoridation policies.
The story I heard
I just heard from an insider at NIH what happened with the debate about fluoride inside NIH.
There were two competing groups at NIH: one claiming fluoride is beneficial, the other claiming it is harmful.
This is the single best way to redpill the government: find another government organization with a different mission that is disaffected. Then you have the government fighting itself.
This almost worked in this case, but the two sides agreed to a compromise which was to agree that fluoride in small amounts isnât harmful (even though it is).
Summary
The best way to redpill the government is to elect Trump.
The next best way is to make a competing government agency of the problem caused by the other government agency and hope that truth wins.

Groundwater Quality Monitoring: Ensuring Safe and Sustainable Water Resources
Introduction: Groundwater, a vital source of freshwater, sustains billions of lives and ecosystems worldwide. However, with increasing industrialization, urbanization, and agricultural activities, the quality of groundwater is under constant threat from various contaminants. Groundwater quality monitoring plays a pivotal role in assessing the health of these underground reservoirs and ensuring their sustainability. In this blog, we will explore the significance of groundwater quality monitoring, the methods involved, and its critical role in safeguarding safe and clean water resources.
Section 1: Understanding Groundwater Quality and Its Importance
1.1 What is Groundwater Quality? ďťżGroundwater quality refers to the chemical, physical, and biological characteristics of the water present beneath the Earth's surface. It is influenced by natural processes and human activities that introduce contaminants into the groundwater.
1.2 The Importance of Groundwater Quality:
Groundwater serves as a primary source of drinking water for millions of people worldwide, especially in rural areas. Additionally, it plays a crucial role in supporting agriculture, industries, and ecosystems. Monitoring groundwater quality is essential to identify potential contaminants and take appropriate measures to protect human health and the environment.
Section 2: Common Contaminants in Groundwater
2.1 Naturally Occurring Contaminants: Groundwater can naturally contain certain minerals and elements like arsenic, fluoride, and iron, which, when present in excessive amounts, can pose health risks.
2.2 Anthropogenic Contaminants:
Human activities such as improper waste disposal, industrial discharges, and agricultural runoff can introduce various pollutants like nitrates, pesticides, heavy metals, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) into the groundwater.
Section 3: The Significance of Groundwater Quality Monitoring
3.1 Early Detection of Contaminants:
Regular monitoring allows for the early detection of contaminants, providing an opportunity to implement corrective actions before the situation worsens.
3.2 Public Health Protection:
By identifying harmful substances in groundwater, appropriate measures can be taken to protect public health and prevent waterborne diseases.
3.3 Preserving Ecosystems:
Monitoring helps identify changes in groundwater quality that may affect aquatic ecosystems, preventing potential damage to sensitive habitats and wildlife.
3.4 Regulatory Compliance:
Groundwater quality monitoring is essential for ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and standards set by governmental agencies.
Section 4: Groundwater Quality Monitoring Methods
4.1 Water Sampling:
Water sampling involves collecting groundwater samples from wells and monitoring points. Samples are then analyzed in laboratories for various contaminants.
4.2 In-situ Monitoring:
In-situ monitoring uses on-site equipment to measure parameters like pH, temperature, dissolved oxygen, and electrical conductivity directly in the groundwater.
4.3 Remote Sensing:
Advanced technologies like remote sensing and satellite imagery are used to monitor groundwater quality over large areas, helping identify potential contamination hotspots.
4.4 Groundwater Modeling:
Groundwater modeling combines data from monitoring with computer simulations to predict contaminant transport and behavior in aquifers.
4.5 Real-time Monitoring Networks:
Real-time monitoring networks use automated sensors to continuously collect and transmit data on groundwater quality, allowing for immediate responses to changes.
Section 5: Challenges and Future Directions
5.1 Challenges in Groundwater Quality Monitoring:
Limited resources, inadequate monitoring networks, and the complexity of hydrogeological systems pose challenges to effective groundwater quality monitoring.
5.2 Integrating Emerging Technologies:
Incorporating emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, IoT, and machine learning can revolutionize groundwater quality monitoring, enhancing its efficiency and accuracy.
5.3 Community Engagement:
Engaging local communities in groundwater quality monitoring initiatives can create awareness, promote sustainable practices, and empower stakeholders to protect their water resources.
Conclusion
ďťżGroundwater quality monitoring is a crucial practice to ensure the safety and sustainability of our water resources. By understanding the significance of monitoring, identifying common contaminants, and utilizing various monitoring methods, we can take proactive steps to protect this precious resource. Embracing advanced technologies, engaging communities, and improving regulatory measures will pave the way for a healthier and more resilient groundwater ecosystem. Let us collectively commit to safeguarding our groundwater and ensuring access to clean and safe water for generations to come.

Countries' Carbon Impact
In our role as Carbon footprint consultant In UAE, humans gain from processes that emit greenhouse gases (GHG) by receiving consumer products and services. This benefit, and consequently the obligation to reduce emissions, differ by use or type of consumption and are disproportionally distributed between and within nations. For 74 countries and 15 global regions, we calculate the greenhouse gas emissions related to the final consumption of products and services. Construction, shelter, food, clothing, mobility, manufactured goods, services, and trade are the eight groups whose contributions we examine.
As one of the leading Carbon footprint consultant In Dubai ranges from African nations to Luxembourg and the US. The ratio of spending is 0.60. For CO2, the cross-national expenditure elasticity of 0.83 remarkably matches the cross-sectional elasticity observed within countries, indicating a global trend link between expenditure and emissions stable at different scales of magnitude. Globally, domestic consumption accounts for 70% of greenhouse gas emissions, government consumption for 10%, and investment for 19%, 21% of GHG emissions come from food, 18% from operating and maintaining homes, and 18% from transportation. Therefore, the importance of a procedure depends on the degree of development and national characteristics. In developing nations, food and services are more crucial, whereas in wealthy countries, mobility and manufactured products rise quickly with income and take over. Public services and manufactured products still need to be valued in policy well. We believe as a Carbon footprint consultant In Dubai, businesses, consumers, and policymakers are all interested in a carbon footprint. Investors monitor their portfolios' carbon footprints as a sign of potential danger in their investments. The carbon footprint of their supply networks is a topic of interest for purchasing managers, and customers are increasingly presented with carbon-labeled goods. Despite the word being a misnomerâit refers to the mass of accumulated CO2 emissions, for example, through a supply chain or throughout a product's life cycle, not some measure of the areaâcarbon footprints have gained popularity. Input-output analysis or life-cycle evaluation is the best method for calculating it. As a Carbon footprint consultant In UAE has unexpectedly been no consistent comparative studies to understand our collective carbon footprint on a national or global level, despite the interest in the carbon footprint of goods, services, businesses, and investment portfolios. What types of usage lead to the CO2? How does the contribution of various tasks differ across regions and developmental stages? The emphasis of the Integrated Product Policy on housing, transportation, and food has mainly been made possible by studies on the significance of consumption categories and product groups. An investigation is widely cited in the European Union's "Sustainable Consumption" report. Action Plan for Production and Sustainable Industrial development to the tier in the Greenhouse Gas Protocol and the climate footprint, the Carbon footprint consultant in our analysis is defined as the greenhouse gases CO2, methane, nitrous oxide, and fluoride emitted in the production of goods and services used for final consumption and GHG emissions occurring during the consumption activities themselves. We combine the GHGs according to the Kyoto Protocol's 100-year global warming potential.
